Toyo manufactures farm loaders in four variants: compact loaders for narrow farmyards, wheel loaders for larger buckets, telescopic loaders for working at height, and electric loaders for stables and sheds where no exhaust fumes are permitted. What they all have in common is their compact design — a high payload combined with a small turning circle and low operating weight.
Another feature they all share is the articulated pendulum joint: all four wheels remain in contact with the ground, even on uneven terrain. The hydraulic quick-change system accommodates a bucket, fork, sweeper or grapple without the need for tools; the direction of travel is controlled via the joystick, and the working hydraulics are operated with one hand using a multifunction lever.
When it comes to components, Toyo relies on third-party brands rather than in-house production: hydraulics from Bucher, drive systems from Bondioli & Pavesi, and engines from Kubota’s 09 series. The engines comply with the EU V and EPA/CARB Tier 4 Final emissions standards. Four-wheel drive is standard, whilst the tyres can be selected — turf, agricultural tread or industrial, depending on the surface.
Some model ranges offer two engine options – Kubota or Yunnei – with the same power output but different prices. The difference lies less in the power output than in the availability of spare parts and the service network — which is the better option for you depends on how you intend to use the machine, and we’ll give you our honest opinion.
The cab models feature all-round glazing with a view of the attachment, an adjustable comfort seat, heating, a rear window that can be raised, lockable doors and windscreen wipers with a washer system. The open-top version does without all of these features — but in return, the machine remains low enough to fit under old barn ceilings.
Maintenance and repairs are carried out in our own workshop in Markneukirchen, and we stock spare parts on site. We deliver throughout Germany using our own lorry.
